In rare cases, some areas of hyperpigmentation may flake off but more often they will be absorbed into the body over a 7-10 day period. Occasionally when treating larger thread veins, some bruising may occur.

We encourage patients to let the skin settle by itself without applying any products that could potentially affect the skin’s integrity such as vitamin C, retinoids or AHAs for at least 48 hours, and suggest using a high factor sunscreen the day after treatment, such as our ALL DAY LONG SPF 50 moisturiser.
